    Ive been using Flexpro Meals since 2021 and have loved it for the most part. Ive only run into issues recently after they redid their website. Now Im unable to access my account and the website isnt recognizing my email so Im unable to make changes and select my meals. Hopefully this is resolved soon!

    We have used Flexpro for a little over a year. We used to love it. We could edit our meals, delay shipments when we needed-sometimes twice in a row, and we never needed to ask someone else to do stuff for us. It was great. When they revamped it, that all changed. We have a decent amount of meals we hate, because the meal selection kept changing to letting Flexpro choose and not us. The biggest waste of my day is trying to get them to change something for me.

    This is the hardest I've ever worked to try to cancel something. I've been on the phone, on hold, for over 45 minutes. I've been hung up on twice. Every time I call, I get the "For quick assistance, please send us a text." I texted yesterday, and multiple times today.. no response.I'm really disappointed that I vouched for this company to so many people.

    Ive used 2 other meal prep services, but so far you guys give the best bang for buck. I love how simple it is to reheat the food, and it is all very good.

    Product is a great value and convenient. I received a shipment completely thawed out and spoiled and Hope was very kind and gracious in replacing the damaged shipment with a new one and was also very helpful in updating my subscription. Thank you and keep up the great work.
