I love this meal service! I can reliably count on my meals being delivered every week, cold but not frozen, everything is packed well. And Most importantly they are all delicious. Saves me a Ton of time and money. The one time there was a slight delivery delay, Jessica From Customer Service Helped resolve issue immediately. Great Company!!

Luz was very helpful and took care of the problem right away with the shipping issue! It was nice not to have to wait for someone to get back to me. Luz scored a 10 out of 10.

Had a great experience with Raquel in customer service. She guided me along and helped answer all my questions. Very happy with the meals!

They aren't always perfect but they make up for their mistakes In a timely and efficient manor. The price is good and the Neal's are excellent

The meals and pricing are very competitive as well as delicious. My friends get these meals all the time so I ended up joining the train. Customer service is also nice and quick with issues.

FlexPro meals are extremely convenient, very affordable and beyond delicious. They have numerous options to pick from and are constantly updating their menu with more and more great choices. Also, their customer service is very helpful and timely.

Customer service is great! Had a little trouble with one order. Contacted Flexpro and they had my order replaced and shipped out that day thanks to LUZ!! She was fast, friendly and helpful with replacing my order. I’ll continue to use Flexpro! Great food and great customer service.

Meals are great! Have had some delivery issues but customer service is top notch. Shoutout to Luz for helping us get everything corrected!

There was some shenanigans early on with the shipping, but the customer service side of things took great care of everything and understood where I was coming from. Would recommend.
