I've ordered from this company a few times; most recently, in June, I ordered some business pens. I've sent them three emails and received no response; the pens have never arrived.

A logo was required for my son's new business. Without additional funds for marketing, logos, etc., we discovered FreeLogoServices. WOW!! Wow, we're impressed! He discovered a fantastic logo that perfectly suited his company, and we were able to adjust the colour scheme to meet his needs.

The fact that I received logos that automatically matched my social media pages is my favourite aspect of the service. I've been using outdated company logos, but they don't fit or look "squeezed" on my social media pages. I was thrilled that my logos no longer needed to be modified or crammed into a smaller box to fit my pages!

Best customer service by far! Considering that my problem was being handled from afar, I kept in touch with Kimberly, who resolved it quickly and effectively. She even sent me an additional 100 business cards for free that had been corrected for a spelling error. I'm very satisfied and will order again! Thanks!

It's not entirely free, but it still fulfils your needs. You can simply make your logo by clicking "create a logo for free." You are prompted to create an account, but you are not required to. When it asks for an account, all you have to do is continue to hold down the logo. Drag it to a new window after that. Your logo will then be saved, and you can use it however you need to from there.

I couldn't be happier with the assistance I've gotten from FreeLogo Services. Every time I have a question or a concern, they promptly address it to help me with my business needs. I would advise anyone starting their own business to use this company.

I initially had some problems with the logo I created, and I was having trouble getting in touch with the team to make changes because they couldn't be made through the system. However, I have since gotten in touch with them, and Brianne has been fantastic, keeping in daily contact with me to resolve the problem. The finished product is excellent for the price, and I will use them again to buy promotional goods that I have designed.

Would, if possible, award a score of 0. My credit card was used to register a FreeLogoServices account by someone else. This has been explained in ten different emails. They won't assist me unless I provide the email address and information on the account that was set up. I am unable to provide since I did not create the account. They are still using my credit card to make payments.

I ordered a business card a week ago, and as of today, neither the card nor the refund have arrived. Avoid placing an order on this website. Absolutely no customer service assistance when I try to contact them.
