Everything went smoothly - quick shopping and outstanding customer service with a live chat option available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! One rating deducted since I expected delivery to be much faster - however it took just few days owing to game dynamics - this should have been disclosed up front.

Excellent service and prompt delivery. They had forgotten an item when I went to chat, but they quickly remedied it. It literally took less than a minute! I'd never had anything like that before. I'm not planning on going somewhere else.
