Quite wonderful service; I was very concerned of being scammed because it was my first time doing anything like this, but the man who handled my case was pleasant and patient.
Mr. Monk, I only wish I was a little better at recognising when to Darkness and use my dispell.
They were also extremely understanding of my blunders and attempted to guide me through them.
Thank you so much, and I'll keep you in mind for the next time.

After initially paying for coaching, I spent 3 hours with someone who didn't help me at all, so I wouldn't recommend it because it was just a boost and I didn't learn anything, but I paid for a further 1 hour pro coaching and received a 1-1 on chat with a pro who really helped me improve and taught me how to play correctly.

Close to the end of the season, I purchased a boost RBG, which was soon activated. Every day, the boosting staff was extremely busy, yet they still found time to complete the boost. I'd want a little more social engagement with boosters rather than just fulfilling the boost, but overall, I'm happy!

The two-hour seminar was divided into two parts: first, some advice on stats, gear, and qualities. And, to a large extent, practise. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I was hoping for some positioning advice and match-up precautions.
The healer is extremely powerful. Perhaps using your voice to reduce tension might be beneficial:)

Excellent customer service...

Excellent customer service... I was fortunate enough to get upgraded the same day I paid.
The only thing I could suggest is that they should be cautious not to become stressed if the carried players make a mistake... remember, we are paying for this for a reason... you can't expect carried players to respond like pros. one XD.... but it was clean, swift, and professional at the end.
