I was really impressed that my text code that I got from them did not work, so I called them, and they informed me that there was a tropical storm that disrupted their services and created a power outage.

The website was an excellent resource for obtaining a discount on a PlayStation gift card. The only concern was that they only told you about the payment verification through SMS after you paid. Make sure your phone number is up to date since they will text you to confirm payment before sending the code.

They had forgotten to send my gift card, so I wasn't expecting much when I emailed them on Christmas morning. Adam swiftly responded (within 10 minutes) and suggested a solution that saved me over $15 and allowed me to receive my items immediately! Thank you so much!

I had a problem with the code I received since it included "email delivery" in the description. However, I missed the little letter that indicated "physical card." I filed a claim, and Faith responded within 24 hours to assist me in resolving the problem. So thank you to her and the rest of the crew for your assistance. Finally, I received my digital code, and everything worked well.
