Oh, my goodness! What a shady company! They advertise one item on their website and then send you something completely different and demand you to pay to return the garbage! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

DOA (dead on arrival) computer, I was sent a FedEx return slip after sending a photo of my problem. It was as simple as returning an item on Amazon to receive a refund.

Customer service and support could not be any better. Itechdeals had a shipment problem, but it was the fault of USPS, not itechdeals. The problem was quickly resolved and dealt with. Order with confidence, understanding that you will be supported once payment is received.
