Excellent customer service
Despite the fact that the internet shows one pricing and the price when customers phone is a different price, Grace's explanation and follow-up to close the booking was remarkable.
Grace was really patient with all of my alternate options in order to find me the best bargain.
I admire her perseverance and will recommend her and myflyyatra to anyone considering travel in the future.

Sheryn was a wonderful agent who worked with me to find the greatest possibilities given my constraints.
They certainly have unbeatable low ticket prices.
I was initially suspicious and sceptical because the identical tickets were costing me twice as much, but my suspicions were quickly dispelled.
Overall, the process was simple and painless.
Will absolutely use them again in the future.

Shozina and John were extremely accommodating and patient with me.
They identified the greatest flight prices for us, and the entire booking procedure was simple and straightforward.
The only problem was that I received numerous calls throughout the day and even late at night, which was inconvenient.
They are aggressive in their follow-up, so be ready to book quickly or expect a lot of calls:)

The customer service is excellent.

The customer service is excellent. It's a little annoying that tickets aren't supplied right away and that they take a few hours to arrive.
Grace and Prince, to be honest, went out of their way to give me a better bargain and to understand my priorities.

Adam was the name of our representative.

Adam was the name of our representative.
He was extremely patient with us and made certain that the tickets were confirmed. He was also very focused on the assignment and communicated with us in a timely manner.
Our onward journey and return went off without a hitch, and we had no problems.
Since this was my first time utilising My Fly Yatra, kudos to Adam and his colleagues for arranging the tickets and providing us with a wonderful experience.
