My first buy, and the things I ordered are of excellent quality! The shipping took a lot longer than expected, taking 5 days later than the initial tracking estimate. Mary did an excellent job of explaining why the delay occurred because I selected the budget rate. Next time, I'll change my order date and shipping option.
