I received a truck tent as a present, but one of the poles was damaged when I attempted to set it up. When I called customer support, they were fantastic. They gave me a replacement component for free and followed up to ensure everything was in working condition.

We purchased new plastic coverings for our greenhouse tent. Joy responded very immediately. The only issue was that the instructions for purchasing and paying for them were imprecise.
