Our ResortPass journey was fantastic. At the Hyatt, we were looking to book a family pass. We had to postpone due to inclement weather, and the refund process handled smoothly.

Resort Pass is an amazing idea! We get to enjoy the best part of a nice hotel or resort without needing to travel far or stay overnight. Super great pools, nice atmosphere, drinks for adults, and plenty of fun for the whole family.

Falsification of a place that it was positioned next to a building site. I'm gonna ask for a refund.
