The site was easy to visit, the item was a little overpriced, but with all the hoopla and the limited poster, I went with it when it came to shipping. It would have been easy to take with free shipping; delivering this item does not cost $7.00. I have about 50 Shout/Scream titles and boxed sets, and your stuff is excellent. Because some of your out-of-print titles' re-sale prices are getting out of control, you might want to consider re-issuing a few of them...the demand is there.

The website is still a little shaky.

The website is still a little shaky. Because pages take a long time to load, clicking any item for a closer look takes me away from what I was looking at, leading me to lose my spot and have to restart. It's difficult to express, but I've recently found it really unpleasant to interact with Shout's website. Nothing is easy to work with or reacts promptly.

I admire and applaud your efforts to provide us with high-quality prints of low-budget films. When you include in shipping, I think the pricing is a little expensive. I understand that you must compensate for the little readership that these titles attract. In any case, excellent work.

I've ordered from Shout!

I've ordered from Shout! Factory a number of times and have been pleased with each transaction. The only drawback was ordering two copies of The Thing (Steelbook) in 2020 and never receiving them. They could have been stolen or misplaced by USPS, so I'm not blaming them, but it's worth mentioning. Apart from that, everything has gone perfectly, to the point where I had to stop getting their emails in order to pay my expenses. Strongly suggested.

Great store with a wide selection of shows and films to choose from.

Great store with a wide selection of shows and films to choose from. Also, at very reasonable costs. My only gripe is that sometimes a movie may state "gift included with purchase," but it won't actually come with it. Regardless of whether or not the gift is still available. So, if you find something that says "gift available," grab it as soon as possible because stock is limited.
