They had my website back up and running in no time, however there were still some difficulties three weeks later. I phoned in the hopes that this will be the end of my hacking nightmare.

Good individuals, good analysis, and good feedback.

Good individuals, good analysis, and good feedback. My only issue is that SiteLock did not notify me of a few problems in recent weeks, and that some new software was introduced to SiteLock, but I was not reminded to activate these enhancements.
