If only their policies and support were as good as their product… The fitting app takes a photo and the shirt is sized from that photo. I ordered two shirts one slim fit and the other relaxed to compare. They accepted the order but would only send 1 shirt at a time. How are you to compare? NO REFUNDS are made. Adjustments are made by providing a credit to visit a local tailor to correct the fit. If I have to visit a local tailor, then I may as well start there and get a perfect fit.
