The customer service was excellent. They went above and above to meet my needs. If they can't get a certain wine, they'll offer a suitable substitute or a prompt refund. I would order from this company again.

I've had several emails asking me to buy wines that can't be transported to my state, and only wines that can't be shipped to my state.
