I ordered them since the website claimed they were in stock, but I received an email saying they were back ordered. I inquired as to when they would arrive and was told 7-10 days. It has now been three weeks and I still have not received them.

They refused to do it because the jacket was substantially smaller through the chest than the size chart. I reported the problem to my credit card provider, who immediately removed the funds from Leathercult's account and refunded them to mine.

They delivered me a jacket that was one size smaller than I needed. They refused to set things right when I contacted them. Buyer beware: this is an Indian company with different customer service standards than American businesses.

I was curious as to whether the on-board circuit breaker protected both the input and output 120VAC lines. I received an answer the next day stating that it just protects the output. It was a wonderful surprise to receive such a prompt response.
