The account was suspended once I started using too much of the divvy credit! Now Divvy is requesting credit, but I refuse to pay it because the account has been suspended!

I received a prepaid account, but there don't appear to be any straightforward instructions on how to fund it. I'm not sure where to go from here, and the support boards don't seem to have any solutions.

Divvy has disabled my account without allowing me to unlock it, for no apparent reason. It's mind-boggling how this system works. My account has been validated completely!!!
