The computer was fine for the first six months, but support is a joke - third-party fixes that take advantage of customers and warranty loopholes are both bad. It's not something I'd suggest.

Poor service because they don't have their own warehouse and rely on a third party. All laptop orders are now over 3 weeks late, with no communication or updates! And its website still says 3-4 working days for delivery!!!

It's a lot easier to get from Asus directly than it is to order from businesses that claim to have stock but don't! The delivery was much faster than expected. Overall, I'm very happy.

DOA (dead on arrival) computer, I was sent a FedEx return slip after sending a photo of my problem. It was as simple as returning an item on Amazon to receive a refund.

Customer service and support could not be any better. Itechdeals had a shipment problem, but it was the fault of USPS, not itechdeals. The problem was quickly resolved and dealt with. Order with confidence, understanding that you will be supported once payment

It was a great experience. With a 51 offer, I turned in a brand new 3G phone. They returned and stated that it was incorrect. For twenty dollars, there was a counter offer. That appears to be what they do to others. Be aware of this business.
