Terrible service. They add on extra fees and then suspend my account because I didn't recognize the PayPal costs. It is necessary to migrate in one night. I had to wait one weekend because there was no 24/7 help, and they didn't answer

It runs easily and everything is OK, but, it stopped running this morning, and I had to reconfigure it. I'm not sure what happened to cause it to stop working.

I couldn't figure it out, so a support person just handled it for me, set everything up, and emailed me the login information.

As a new Hostwinds customer, I was amazed at how quickly and easily I was able to get up and running. The management interface is easy to use and understand, as well as well-designed. Support was excellent, and a little issue was quickly and easily handled.

I was looking for a different way to host my website and APIs than AWS. For the identical product that HostWinds was giving for $5 per month, Amazon was charging me $21 per month! If you need to rent an Ubuntu server, I definitely recommend HostWinds.

Clunky. Everything is done by hand (uploads, downloads), and the metrics and aggregation are weak. Automation and shortcuts are quite simple. Basically, if you're looking for something quick and easy, this is the way to go.

The basic programming, a function that allows users/clients like us to "resolve" a range of texts. The best suggestion could be to use a date range.

Although the user interface is relatively clear, it lacks several essential functions that require an account upgrade. Also, if Contacts could be re-imported with a unique tag without wiping away the contact's existing tags, that would be really useful.

Excellent customer service; I asked if I could pay using PayPal (which isn't currently available on their website), and they verified it after a few days, so I did. I fully recommend them.
