I had no major issues with the website, and definitely none more than with any other travel insurance website.
I did have one point of confusion: when it came to travel interruption due to a pet, one article claimed that only the death of a cat or dog was covered, but another said death or serious sickness was covered. This is a source of anxiety for me, while I am hopeful that the chances are minimal.
