The guy that walked us around the RV was quite helpful (appreciate the surge protector suggestion). We did have some damage to the hatch cover where the generator would go on the 5th wheel that wasn't present when we first looked at the trailer the day before. Broadmoor will replace it, but it will take several weeks to arrive.

Marta, the saleswoman, was quite helpful. When we came to pick up the trailer, everything was clean and ready. The paperwork was completed fast and without difficulty. Thank you for your excellent service.

Nelly in sales was fantastic. It is now quite difficult to find new RVs. He provided us choices while remaining patient and giving us the space to continue exploring. When we discovered what we were looking for, he assisted us in moving swiftly. Even on his days off, he allows us to interrupt him.
