My technician was efficient and professional. He went above and above the call of duty, and it was tremendously appreciated. Quick installation, no issues with the car after I'm satisfied.

Everything was completed quickly and effectively, and I am satisfied with the results. The only element that I believe should be improved is the speaker that informs you when to blow. It's difficult to hear, and I'm hesitant to listen to music while driving. Aside from that, everything is good.

Very simple to use. It takes far more than twice the time they claim it takes to warm up and read the breath, and I received a traffic penalty since I had to use the machine in traffic, and I was ticketed for not being hands free in my city, but other than that, everything is OK.

The customer service is excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. The structure is quite amateurish. The building is filthy, and the one painting on the wall is falling away. It looks like a low-end car shop. I get that it is an install bay attached to a waiting room, but come on, take some pride in your job and all of the wonderful Google reviews.

The man was friendly and helpful. He tried his best to explain everything. However, I did not receive a book on how to use my equipment, and I am leaving town this weekend. How do I turn it off without setting an alarm, and how do I navigate the menu?
