They provide excellent reminders if you fail to register a meal, and they provide information on behaviours that they see when you log your meal. The main drawback is that there aren't many options for meals.

It would be beneficial to be able to be more precise about the cuisine. The meal options are limited. The app is excellent.

Simple has enabled me to become more consistent and conscious in my efforts to establish good lifestyle choices. I, too, like the IF community's Facebook updates. It aids in normalising the shift!
