I placed an order from the Netherlands. The capsules were clumped together. I can no longer use them. Their policy is that they are not responsible for overseas orders. No replacements or refunds.

Buyer Beware!!

Buyer Beware!! Will never purchase from the site again. Took over 11 days to receive order (3 wines) when the site says 3-5 days. Shipping label was created and FedEx waited 6 days to receive the shipment. Wine was received heat damaged and undrinkable- wax to
