I'm not sure what occurred the first time I phoned, but I was disconnected. Because the first salesperson failed to obtain my phone number for a follow-up contact and also obtained my personal information, I suspected a fraud. Until I phoned back and spoke with my second agent, who cleared everything and finished my purchase.

The All-connect representative that aided me was quite kind and helpful. She was well-versed in the distinctions amongst Service providers. A tiny hiccup kept me on the phone for a little longer than I would have liked.
