Everything has been fantastic! This was my first trip to Vegas, and Redeem Vacation made planning our trip simple. We will definitely use their services in the future.

The hotel was wonderful.
The hotel was wonderful. We had a stunning view. Customer service was outstanding. It is in a great situation. I would strongly advise anyone to use it.

When I first arrived, I was blown away!
When I first arrived, I was blown away! The cleanliness and politeness of the staff were amazing. I informed my husband right away that this was going to be a great vacation as well as a lovely wedding anniversary celebration.

This was my first time with redeem vacations, and I enjoyed it.
This was my first time with redeem vacations, and I enjoyed it. The overall process was simple. The hotel was quite excellent. It was simple to check in. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I had a good time overall.

The customer service was fantastic!
The customer service was fantastic! When we arrived to check in, there was no difficulty or unexpected expenses. This is a service I will definitely use again!
