I deducted one point since the user interface for entering my delivery address was poor. It was impossible on my smartphone, and it was still quite weird on my PC.

I adore the artwork, however it was somewhat broken on one of the corners during shipment. Even though it was strengthened with cardboard, it wrinkled when pressed there. It will be framed in such a way that the raw edge is visible. It's hardly a show-stopper, but it's frustrating.
