I deducted one point since the user interface for entering my delivery address was poor. It was impossible on my smartphone, and it was still quite weird on my PC.

I adore the artwork, however it was somewhat broken on one of the corners during shipment. Even though it was strengthened with cardboard, it wrinkled when pressed there. It will be framed in such a way that the raw edge is visible. It's hardly a show-stopper, but it's frustrating.

I really like the Saatchi website! It would be beneficial to make it easy to return to previously watched options, as I find it difficult to return to previously viewed things. Thanks!

The site was quite simple to use. After putting an item to the cart, I couldn't discover a method to continue shopping to add other products. Aside from that, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

The Saatchi online gallery features some of the world's best art. Once you have purchased your art, it will be delivered in a timely manner and well-packaged to safeguard the artwork. The only dissatisfaction I have is with the website. I can only look at approximately two or three pages of art before the photos stop loading. I have no idea why. It's difficult to buy the right piece of art when you can't see it.
