Due to a technical error, my booking became jumbled, and I lost the price. I remained with the new, higher fee mainly because I'd worked with the firm numerous times before and had fantastic experience and service each time. The new payment system they have in place is wonderful and gives the process trust.
They've always had the greatest deal!

I thought the service was nice, but I didn't like when I had a credit voucher that was financially valued and it was applied to the ticket without any proof of it being done, just word of mouth. I'm frustrated that I have to rely on the company's word throughout this process.

The agent was quite helpful in locating the cheapest pricing that matched the customer's budget, and I am grateful for their assistance and pleased to suggest ASAP Ticket to my friends and colleagues.

Some agents were helpful, while others were not. ASAP may have too many agents from various places responding to client inquiries, yet some of them are unhelpful, and their actions or reactions can be highly annoying to the consumer at times. It would be ideal to have fewer but better trained customer support representatives.

Cala is polite and helpful; her main flaw is that she needs to slow down when she speaks and, if she is made aware that a client is taking notes, she needs to take her time. She also has to be patient when offering additional flight possibilities, but other than that, she's set.
