Excellent service from folks who are friendly and helpful. Only one thing I'd want to see them improve on is presenting proactive flight options. I wanted to do some research on the AI website to come up with some possibilities to rep, which she quickly assisted me with. Customers, on the other hand, require options.

Without a doubt, Arkin is the best person here.
She is extremely patient, and I would highly suggest her to anyone.
I had a problem with my first ticket, but she fixed it in two hours and gave me a better discount because I was travelling with my kid.
I'll take to the skies once more.

The customer service representatives are superstars.

I had a terrific time working with Flopedia's Saurabh Kantiwal. I had never heard of Flyopedia and had no idea what it was.
I noticed the advertisement on Facebook and decided to give it a shot. I was very concerned when I saw the Yelp reviews just before the reservation.
However, Saurabh Kantiwal performed an excellent job and ensured that I acquired my tickets while on the phone with him.
Despite the fact that the process took over two hours, the pricing they offered were incredibly reasonable.
Overall, I'm pleased with my experience.
