I use Gs Richcopy360 to backup network shares and Hard drives and I haven't had any issues with the software. Once I have set up a backup task I can pretty much forget about it and feel confident that all of my data is being backed up, and if I ever need to copy the modified data only, it does this job very well.

It is the best available tool that supports copying long pathname folders and files and it supports moving file servers from on-prem to the cloud like Azure blob.
I can't say anything bad about GS Richcopy 360, it still works fine with my company.
