Clients are treated with a very polite and helpful approach. If a piece is no longer in stock, the staff calls the customer and provides various options. However, if "rapid delivery" is mentioned, it takes longer.

This shop's selection is fantastic. It's often difficult to pick between high-quality fabrics with so many attractive patterns and prints. With the order, there was also a sample and a tiny gift. Thank you very much!

My go-to fabric store; so bad there's Covid; I would have gone to the store physically because I enjoy touching and feeling the textiles I'd like to buy; the difference between online and in person is significant. However, the photographs assist. So, yeah, I'll buy from you again. I purchased 4 metres of black velvet fabric.

The website was simple to use, the materials arrived fast, and I was kept informed throughout the delivery process. I'll gladly place another purchase with them in the future.
