Very pleased with the appearance and quality of the mat, backing, and acrylic. While the frame I chose appears to be of high grade at first sight, it is actually of poor quality. There are problems in the wood finish at at least two of the corner connections (where you can see the natural unstained base). I would absolutely use it again for matting requirements in the future, but I would probably buy a frame somewhere else.

The mat board came in excellent condition!

The mat board came in excellent condition! That is very remarkable. I was less delighted after discovering that the breadth had been trimmed approximately 1/8" too long. I was able to cut that down using a specific paper cutter that I had on hand. It's made of high-quality materials and looks stunning in my frame. If I could, I'd give it a 4.5! I also double-checked all of my measurements to ensure they were perfect.

I believed matboard was often cut a touch smaller than the desired opening so that the photo was completely hidden behind the matboard. I made it work, though, and the mats are extremely good.

Shipping was quite simple and quick.

Shipping was quite simple and quick. I had a couple odd-sized prints and was simply able to acquire the perfect mat opening. The ability to add a photo was quite useful in deciding on a hue. My only recommendation would be to offer a few more colour options.
