Customer's Reviews Summary:

The level of assistance provided by PowerReviews was unmatched. My team received excellent support from their Customer Success Managers, who were quite informative in their responses to our inquiries. Whether it was the ratings and reviews or the social aggregator, we were always satisfied with the end result.
Dislikes :
There isn't anything especially wrong with PowerReviews, but a 72-hour SLA isn't ideal, since we want to display campaign content on the social aggregator as soon as possible. One area that could be improved upon is this.
Final Summary :
PowerReviews displays actual user reviews of our products. Customers' reviews of our online domains help other customers learn about the possible advantages these goods offer, which encourages product purchase.

I only wish we could make use of all of Power Reviews' features.
Final Summary
Providing consumers with detailed information, honest and authentic (verified) reviews, and the chance to test new products in exchange for reviews.

Excellent support and service, our CSM is really responsive and helpful! For instance, the Power Reviews team has been incredibly flexible and set up a call with their internal specialists to help us rapidly resolve a legal constraint that we have recently been struggling with.
Dislikes :
We work with numerous websites in different nations, each with their own unique features. It would be very helpful if business teams had greater freedom/autonomy to alter the presentation and gathering of reviews without needing to contact the Power Reviews team or hire developers.
Final Summary
Reviews and ratings are important when it comes to online product sales. We can quickly gather and moderate them with Power Reviews. Our customer care representatives can respond to inquiries about our products using the questions and answers tool, and these responses are then posted on the product pages. As a result, Power Reviews enables us to offer each visitor relevant material.
