They are, as claimed, courteous, dependable, and most importantly, SAFE. The prices are reasonable, and the payment method is straightforward. If you have any questions regarding how things work, feel free to contact their live chatting and they will assist you as soon as possible. All I can say is that I'm taking baby steps. Ordered and received in a timely manner.

If it had been delivered in its entirety within the 24-hour guaranteed time window, I would have given it five stars. Ms. Sophia, on the other hand, was a great help and provided me an extra $10,000 in compensation for having to wait for the whole delivery, which took longer than intended. Customer service is outstanding. She was kind and respectful. Give the young lady a raise.

I purchased SWTOR Credits and can only say that the service, cost, and live chat are all excellent. They reply quickly when you need them, but the only problem is that I had to wait 2 hours for them to respond, and when I asked why, they claimed they had given the credits to someone else by mistake, but that it was quickly remedied.

I ordered some gold from raid item and it's only been an hour, but my account says the order is unpaid, even though I have the papal receipt in my email, they haven't sent me a confirmation email, and I'm in a live chat with no response, and I'm just not sure what's going on. They came and fixed everything was 1star now 4 star.

The order took about 6 hours to complete. There was a discrepancy in the price of one of the items, but customer service was very kind and sent the final item around 10 minutes later without any additional expense to me as was originally indicated.
