The merchandise is normally of decent quality, and I feel comfortable purchasing from it because I know I can return it within a certain amount of time if I don't like it. However, the checkout procedure is somewhat complicated.
I was trying to pay with a credit card through PayPal and got a little lost. That's especially concerning because I've been a PayPal user for quite some time. New users would be completely befuddled!

This is a very wonderful site with a lot of vendors selling high-quality products.

This is a very wonderful site with a lot of vendors selling high-quality products.
Some of the shops' prices are a touch too high for my tastes, but the quality is there.
The majority of the vendors are pleasant to deal with and communicate effectively.
Your website can be difficult to browse at times, and I believe your chat system should be improved.

I've never had a problem with any of the Ruby Lane dealers. I miss some of them who are no longer members, but new ones appear all the time. Every day, I visit your website and occasionally make purchases. Your service is quick and courteous.
