Zap Hosting is a decent hosting service, but it has a few flaws. For example, adding members or groups to your current VPS is a bit complex. Another issue is that some of the scripts I add, which previously worked for me, no longer work.
I'm not sure if it's a problem on my end or on yours. Aside than that, amazing hosting service. A fantastic support crew.

It's a fantastic hosting site, and I like it, but there's one more thing they can improve, and that's how to add multiple Zap hosting accounts to manage one server so you don't have to give out your personal account password to other people who are managing your server.

The service is excellent, and I've almost never had a problem with my Root-Server. Performance is excellent, and accessibility is excellent. The only criticism I have is that the pricing isn't ideal for me, but there are far worse hosts.

I gave it four stars because it appears to me that it still lacks a number of features, such as improving the ping of South America, providing information when zap-hosting has issues rather than sending a ticket every time there is an issue, and so forth.

Zap-Hosting provides an excellent user experience! They also offered low prices, although there are some issues with the auto-installers on VPS, but everything works fine on gameservers!
