Great food, and a simple way for selecting what you want on their website based on your preferences or macros. Delivery was quick, and the food was delicious! Protein balls are also yummy!

Despite the fact that I did not keep the product I ordered (due to no fault of the company - it was just not suited to my needs), the company was really straightforward to work with during the return process, and I would use them again.

I bought 18oz mason jar mugs with handles, but received 16oz mason jar mugs with handles. Very disappointed.

Because of the ridiculously short return time, I was unable to secure a refund or replacement for an item that was broken beyond repair due to inadequate wrapping. Customer assistance was unresponsive and unhelpful.

Today I received my order. When I opened the box, I discovered a product that was not what I had ordered. Now I have to return this item and place a new order for the correct item. Frustrating.

Ingredients of poor quality and simple menus. If you order something, they will very certainly hook you up for a subscription. Then there's the struggle to get your money back.

I'm a new customer who is also no longer a customer- I received my first box and there are missing ingredients, decaying vegetables (carrots and onions), and ALL of the meat bags are of terrible quality and leak!!! I will advise everyone to avoid from becoming

Worst customer service ever! I've been with EveryPlate for 5 weeks and have only received 1 package, which was delivered a day late. Do not squander your time. Care Team,the customer service department, is also of no assistance. I'm discontinuing this service.

This food plan is fantastic. The ingredients are high-quality, the cuisine is delicious, and I don't have to purchase nearly as much. Also, the prices are reasonable.

The food hasn't been consumed yet, but it was delivered on schedule, despite the fact that it was delivered during a blizzard. I was pleased with the service and am expecting that the dish will be as wonderful as it appeared when I placed my order.
