Do not buy. I repeat DO NOT BUY. the rugs are infested with moth eggs. You may not realize it right away but you will in a few months to a year. If you drop any liquid food on it the moths will start eating through it and will eat through your rug. We had to throw 2 rugs away and when we called them they said that they are not responsible.

SCAM!!! Terrible. Honestly if there was an option to give them zero stars I would. We purchased a rug for a client. We went thru great lengths communicating with the company to ensure it was the rug we were asking for, especially since they continued to mess up the invoice. And after all that, we received the wrong rug. It was similar but NOT what we sent photos of or what we asked for in writing . They would not take a return or allow us to talk to anyone. I felt like we were dealing with robots. Do not support or trust this company!

WARNING! Please be warned. This company is a scam! They took $2,000 and promised 3-5 days delivery almost 3 months ago. I never received and never heard from them again. I've tried getting in contact and no one will respond. Please watch out. Now I'm out $2,000 they are really awful! Please be careful!

Purchased a rug what I thought was great design, when received it was nothing like the photos.
The product came Casablanca for delivery fee, plus the rug has large bright fabric Tassels everywhere not a hand woven rug! I asked to return the item the support emailed three days later advising the cost of $455 aud which equates to 90% of the rug I paid for. This company 100% fraudulent do not buy from them.

This is my second benisouk rug. I adore both of them, and the service has been excellent. The sole reason for a four-star rating rather than a five-star rating is that the second rug does not fit properly since it is tighter on one side than the other.

It's delightfully thick, soft, and toasty - excellent quality. It's a custom size, so it fits precisely in our space; we couldn't have gotten this with a store-bought rug. We gave it four instead of five stars since the colour of our rug was not as expected. Still extremely good, but not precisely as ordered, so keep that in mind.

The colour of the rug we purchased differed from the one shown in the original image. The image depicted a more white overall tone, however what arrived was brown.

The rug was delivered in a timely manner. It was not exactly the same size as the dimensions. The carpeting also has an unpleasant odour. I'm not sure whether this is typical of old Moroccan rugs.

Furniture that is rather sturdy and of good quality. When sitting on, the chairs occasionally emit a squeaking noise. However, the overall quality is fairly high.
