Your customer support representative, Angela Z., is fantastic. She is polite, professional, and effective. Customer service employees from many firms lack these qualities. Many thanks, Angela!

I had a fantastic experience with BuyDig.com. With a product I ordered, Nancy in support was really helpful. I strongly advise you to give them a try.

I'm going to shop somewhere else after going over the Buy Dig website and checking the Better Business Bureau complaints area. I'm not spending $229 for speakers that cost $133 at four different stores.

I had a problem with my order (it arrived early and in good shape), and the BuyDig team was really helpful. We were able to resolve the issue since they responded quickly via email (on a weekend!). I'd purchase from them again.

Horrible experience. They sold me a damaged and discontinued goods as new. We were stranded on a 14er without GPS, and it was a Garmin. It's not enjoyable. Don't buy from either of them. Neither company offered an acceptable return policy for their merchandise. Now I have an unusable refurbished piece of junk.

I ordered a 65" LG C1 OLED. It's brand new. It arrived quickly and in wonderful shape. I saw some negative reviews but decided to give it a shot anyhow, and I'm glad I did. I also got a great deal!
