I have tried a few different meal prep services over the years.
I have tried a few different meal prep services over the years. FlexPro has definitely been the easiest and best tasting meals. I have had their customer service is top notch. A few years ago I had a delivery arrive warm and they sent a new one right away. Brian helped me out today with a question about an order and he was clear, concise, and very friendly. 10 out of 10 service.

I canceled my other meal service because the delivered were inconsistent and the customer service was awful. FlexPro has been phenomenal so far! Luz had been a wonderful customer service representative and I feel like they actually care about me. It's been easy to hit my macro goals and I'm very satisfied on all accounts

Customer service was super fast.
Customer service was super fast. Needed help resetting my password, Brian was able to help right away, very little wait time. Just placed my flex pro meals, prices seemed average, although I got a 40% discount for my first order which makes it super affordable. Haven’t received the meals so I can’t say anything about their quality. This review however expects me to give quality a rating. I’m gonna give them a 5 star for now, but I will change it if the quality is not there

I have just started my meal plans and received my first shipment.
I have just started my meal plans and received my first shipment. The meals I tried so far are tasty and convenient. I had a slight mix up in my order but Luz in support handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Looking forward to my next order.

Brian was very helpful in helping me resolve a bad experience with my last order.
Brian was very helpful in helping me resolve a bad experience with my last order. The condition of the order was caused by the carrier and not the shipper. Refund was placed back to my account and new order put in motion. Satisfied with the assistance.
