Food is great, even tho doesn't look as tasty, tastes really good.
Customer support is amazing, super helpful.
I was going to put user experience 4/5, but when they send me smth wrong, I reach out to support and they are super willing to help.

Had an order show up warm. Messaged the given number and Luz replied quickly and corrected the issue right away. Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Luz. They went above and beyond to help me get a correction to a previous order. Thank you, Luz for all of your help and for being attentive and quick to respond. All of my meals so far have been delicious and I look forward to trying my next order!

I've only used this company for the last 2 months I've have nothing but good things to say about them. The meals are fresh and really good haven't had an issue with any of them yet. However my recent order was incorrect the meals were not what I ordered.
I texted customer service and was amazed how quickly they responded to my text. I spoke with a customer service representative named Luz, she was great and eger to reslove my issue. Thank you Luz for correcting this order in a very timely manner.

I had a great experience with customer service at Flex Pro meals. Luz was super helpful and was able to make changes that I needed to my account due to being out of town. She is always responsive and Brian’s able to assist me in whichever situation I have.

Overall, I like the majority of the meals and they have decent portion sizes. There were some issues with delivery but customer service has been very helpful, especially Luz on the team who was able to fix everything pretty quickly. I do wish the meals had some small descriptions of what exactly is in it like the other food delivery companies.
