A great support staff is available at Grade.us to assist you with any problems you might have. We use Grade.us to expand the services we offer and to improve the online reputation and reviews of our clients. They have consistently offered assistance to my team and agency.
Dislikes :
I don't have many complaints regarding Grade.us. Email personalization for review requests is somewhat limited. They may, however, have customizing features in this area that haven't yet been demonstrated to my agency.
Final Summary :
For our clients, we are finding solutions to problems with SEO development and online review reputation.
2. Craig M's Review:
Likes :
They are quick to respond if I have a need, a dumb question, or simply require clarification. I never have to hold off for more than ten minutes. Over 1000 of our clients use the platform, which is fantastic and meets their demands. I also appreciate that things are always being improved and are not stagnant.
Dislikes :
I wish the platform's users could access it via a mobile app. Apart from that, I appreciate how straightforward the system is. Large-city SMS number addition has recently run into problems, which is problematic for the clients.
Final Summary
Along with the more than 1000 coaching students who are enhancing their own agencies, we are enhancing the reputations of our agency clients. Grade Us enables us to provide a crucial service at a competitive price that any small business can afford.
3. Brenda C's Review:
Likes :
The idea that my clients' ratings will instantly publish to their websites and appear on visitors' screens is something I like.
Dislikes :
I don't have anything I really dislike, but sometimes switching from active to inactive to send a second review request confuses me.
Final Summary
Addressing my clients' need to improve ratings. For entrepreneurs and potential customers, reviews are important since they can boost sales.
4. Hammer H's Review:

My account was transferred to Grade.Us when Reputation Loop was acquired as a user of a prior system (Reputation Loop). Despite some difficulties during the conversion, I appreciate having complete control over how my members interact with reviews. As an agency, we must be flexible in the way we assist our own clients in generating reviews.
Dislikes :
There are a few things I don't like about the software, but nothing that would prevent me from using it. Although I'd like to see some new features and, like many users, I'd like to see bugs corrected more quickly, overall I'm a satisfied customer.
Final Summary
We use Grade.Us as a part of our larger online reputation management service, and it has assisted us in gathering and displaying reviews for many of our users.
5. Ashley F's Review:
Likes :
The ability to enable API keys for websites, the ability to manage all accounts from a single sign-in, the option to provide users with magic links rather than full access to their profiles.
Dislikes :
When using numerous profiles under one account, customizing choices are quite limited.
Final Summary
Users now see the advantage of using a single platform to handle all of their reviews because we have found a solution to the problem of them finding it difficult to obtain consumer feedback.
Pros: Crisp UI; Easy Integration; Online Chat Option; Good Features
Cons: Delayed Customer Support; Service is Expensive
