Garry performed a fantastic job.
Garry performed a fantastic job. He was able to find two tickets for us at a reasonable price at the last minute. We can't thank him enough for saving our trip. That's how five-star service looks.

The airline had not confirmed the tickets we had initially ordered.
The airline had not confirmed the tickets we had initially ordered. Garry worked extremely hard to ensure that we received the correct tickets at a reasonable price. You did an excellent job!
