Due to a lack of funds, I was unable to use Loopcloud, thus I canceled my subscription. However, I was notified that I needed to pay the balance. As a result, I contacted customer service, who resolved my issue within 5 minutes. I admire and respect their lightning-fast work.

Loopcloud is perhaps the most forward-thinking product I've ever encountered. I experienced difficulty where I accidentally purchased identical samples twice, but support quickly resolved the issue and even provided me extra credits as compensation. Excellent assistance and company.

Loopmasters has my faith. I've been going over these for quite some time! There is never any BS in the content, and customer support is always attentive and efficient! Never before have I been left hanging! Their website is incredibly user-friendly, which I appreciate because I can always locate what I'm searching for.

Loopmasters is where I go when I need high-quality samples and presets. I make DnB with Logic and have found a lot of affordable FX, Serum presets, and voices there.

The loopmasters are really competent.
They respond fast and thoughtfully to your issue.
Also, the interaction has been quite beneficial to me. The new update is fantastic and eliminates all previous issues with my phone's functionality.
