During the winter, subscriptions were put on hold. I received an email stating that it was resuming operations. I contacted them in an attempt to cancel/receive a refund. Unfortunately, it had already been processed. Kyle was very responsive and politely explained the conditions of the membership.

When I saw that my monthly package had a tracking number but was not moving, I called for an update. Kyle M responded quickly and reshipped my product after calling the warehouse. Kyle M additionally followed up to ensure that my monthly membership was provided. Excellent work, Kyle M.

I signed up for LTB but did not receive the box. Kyle was quite helpful in addressing this issue and sent out a replacement package, which I did get. It took some time, but the problem has been rectified, and I am looking forward to receiving additional boxes. Thanks

Kyle M. was incredibly helpful in receiving the support I needed while I was having problems modifying my membership. He remained with me throughout my queries, which I very enjoyed. My father enjoyed his boxes.
