Jacob organised a fantastic business class flight from Sydney to Milan and back with Etihad. He was also in charge of the seating plan. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Yaacov came through for us swiftly and efficiently, getting us the best pricing and the most comfortable route. It was a delight to work with someone who was both dependable and pleasant to work with.
