I utilise it to provide each team the ability to control their own time and schedules.
It is fantastic for that.
The managers don't have to spend too much time working on schedules because we do have a first come, first served policy for planned time off, and timetables automatically change.

The many features are fun to me.

I like the ribbons because they allow us to choose which hours we wish to keep or lose.
I appreciate having a scorecard to track my performance.
In fact, I enjoy the trade board.
Everything is incredibly simple to use.
