Apple computers do not work properly with this equipment.
Apple computers do not work properly with this equipment. I spent hours troubleshooting it and contacted for help twice. "We will email you with instructions," the second support call concluded, but I have yet to get anything.

Excellent experience.
Excellent experience. Ms. Megan was very helpful when assisting me in setting up the loggers. Setting it up seemed difficult at first, but she walked me through the process step by step.
