Excellent service The sole reason for the four-star review is that the colour leash I purchased was out of stock, however they called instead of emailing to let me know and asked whether I wanted to swap colours or keep it on back order till it arrived. I just changed my colours! However, it was delivered quickly.

The shop is nice, but the service is missing; maybe, it will be upgraded again in the future, and the equipment will be much better.

The collar appears precisely like the one we had, however the prior collar had three holes, two of which were required for the electronic receiver to fit through. However, because the new collar only had two holes, I had to make another hole in the collar, which required considerable work. Also, the holes in the previous collar were in the middle of the collar, however the holes in the new collar were near to one side of the buckle snap, which is a little odd. The collar's material, on the other hand, is of high quality.

The procedure was quick. Instead of four lines, I should have just inserted three. I had no idea the names would be pushed from behind. They are, nonetheless, legible. Shipping was quick.

I was quite pleased with my internet purchase experience. The collars and tags appear to be fairly durable, which was necessary for my larger-than-average dogs. The only issue I had was that after I received the item, I went to pet my dog and cut my finger on a metal burr from the buckle.
